Establishment Clause problem

We need to address the ridiculous, currently popular interpretation of the Establishment Clause of the 1st amendment.

It's stupid.  It's clear it's not what the founders intended.  We have a republican majority on the Supreme Court -- I know, Justice Roberts notwithstanding -- and it needs to be fixed.

Clearly, the amendment is not meant as a separation of Church and State to the point where no one can express a religious idea in anything remotely tied to a government square (given that the amendment also states that "no law can be established that restricts.."), but rather as a directive not to force people to join a specific religion.

Come on people!
